Sara and Gunter chose a very chic and wintry theme for their wedding; beautiful blues, purples and snowflakes, although on the day we were all delighted that there was not a 'real' snowflake in sight ! The week before the wedding we were experiencing temperatures of -20, however for their special day we were blessed with the most sublime sunshine and relatively 'warm' weather.
Sara was an absolutely stunning bride, her beautiful empire-line dress was so regal and Gunter was dressed in a classic black suit and looked very dashing. They were helped and guided throughout the day by the fantastic Aude from One Fine Day who ensured that everything ran absolutely smoothly.
The reception was held in the Beau Rivage Palace which has a magnificent view over lake Geneva, and the hotel décor is just beautiful. One of my favourite shots of the day was of Sara and Gunter in the internal courtyard by the fountain, as I looked down on them from the balcony above, just magical. I must also mention their cake, which was a real work of art, designed by the multi-talented Catti Cohen of Atelier du Sucre, wow!
Congratulations once again Sara and Gunter and thank you for choosing me as your photographer.
