I am very fortunate to live on what is known as the 'gold coast' here in Switzerland. Virginie and Yannis, one of the couples who have chosen me as their wedding photographer, live a few villages away from me so we decided for their engagement shoot to make the most of all that this magnificent area has to offer.
We enjoyed fields of wild flowers, the stunning Château de Prangins, the tree lined avenue of the Château de Coppet and of course the wonderful calm lakeside. We had a great time together, and as ever I have picked a few of their photos to share with you.
A top tip : I am regularly asked by brides if they should wear lots of make-up especially for their wedding photos. My advice is to wear what you feel comfortable with, that's the most important thing. In fact Virginie had a great idea, which I would like to pass on to all you future brides. She arranged to have her make-up trial in the morning before the engagement shoot, so she could see if she was happy with her make-up in these photos before the wedding day - great idea! As you can see she looks absolutely stunning.
